Famille Close – Continues the street names theme used in the first stage of the Delamain subdivision. Named in 2008.The library website didn’t say much. Kestrel Place – nothing on library website about this street but many streets have bird names in this area. Modern houses of either tin looking weatherboard or cement fibre. Very tidy houses with well kept lawns. Only one house was interesting with flowers and garden decorations.
St Florian Place – Named to continue the street name theme begun by St Johns Street. Named in 2010.A wee bit of information from the library website. A small street of modern houses with the same theme of columns at the entrances. The only photo I managed here was one that I took from a …

Treffers Road – Named after Mark Ferdinand Treffers (1954-).Treffers was a swimmer who won a gold medal in the 400m individual medley event at the 1974 Commonwealth Games in Christchurch.
