Evans Pass Rd – Formerly part of the Lyttelton-Sumner Road. Named after Lieutenant Evans of HMS Acheron. McRae St in Woolston – Named after Duncan McRae (1875?-1937). McRae, a labourer, was a Woolston borough councillor during the 1910s. Formed because of the Woolston Cut flood relief development.
