Countess Lane in the suburb of Spreydon, Christchurch

Countess Lane – nothing on library website for this lane. I didn’t actually walk this street as it was a private lane and I also had to cross Neville St to avoid a large group of about six young men who were making no attempt to social distance from people. There are only about 8 to 10 houses here and they are from 1970s and 1980s and 1990s. This lane is where 37 and 39 Neville St used to be and I couldn’t find out anything about the name of the lane.
