Barbara Joan Road – Named after Barbara Joan Dellaca, née Lewis, (1952?- 2010). Mrs Dellaca was the wife of Peter Dellaca, owner of the land where the street was developed. Hulbert Street – Named after Charles Partridge Hulbert (1841- 1926). Hulbert, a hatter and mercer, was the mayor of Christchurch 1884 and 1885. Wyon Street – Named after Benjamin Wyon (1802-1858) and his son, Alfred Benjamin Wyon (1837-1884). Both men were medalists, die-sinkers, seal engravers and painters.
