Francis Mill Grove in Westmorland – Named after Colin Francis (d. 2012). Francis was project and sales manager for the Westmorland subdivision. Named in 2013. Information supplied by Lindsay Dove in an interview with Margaret Harper in 2015.
A small amount of information on the library website and nothing that I can add about the name. Only 5 houses here plus some empty sections. I only liked one house as the rest were ugly but great views. There is also a memorial plaque to Colin Francis on a stone wall at the beginning of the street.
