Heathvale Place in the Heathcote Valley, Christchurch

Heathvale Place in Heathcote Valley – nothing on library website so I assumed that this was a brand new street. The valuation website has all houses except for two of them built in 1980s. The other two were built in 1970s. Some are possibly rebuilds as they looked very new. Another street that I walked in November 2020 after a geocaching event at the Gondola. This street runs off Flinders Road and only has 15 properties. I did quite like the A Frame house and there was another big house behind other houses and I couldn’t work out if it was on this street or Flinders Road. My best guess for the name of the street is that it is in a vale in Heathcote.
