Armagh Courts in the Central City, Christchurch

Armagh Courts and nothing on the library website but it is on google maps. It runs off Armagh St next to RSA building. It is just a car park these days but google maps show it as having as least 7 to 8 separate sites. I have searched and searched to find out what was originally here with no joy.
