Roy Place in the suburb of Harewood, Christchurch

Roy Place in Harewood and here is nothing on the library website or anywhere else about this street. It is on google maps and there is a signpost saying Roy Place. I can’t find out any information about it. It runs off Orchard Rd and circles around the Antarctic Centre.
